Reservations

Your booking will be confirmed, subject to availability, on receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay to be paid via:

• Your credit card.
• Deposit to our bank account (upon mutual agreement).

The remaining 70% of the total cost of your stay is to be paid upon arrival at Elounda Maris Villas.

Cancellation policy

In the event of a reservation cancellation:

• 22 or more days prior to the arrival date of the client, the deposit / prepayment is fully refunded (any potential expenses are charged to the client).
• 14 to 21 days prior to the arrival date of the client, 50% of the deposit / prepayment is refunded to the client (any potential expenses are charged to the client).
• 13 or less days prior to the arrival date of the client, the prepayment is not refunded.
